Thanks, for the quick response Derrek.
We will certainly do our best to determine and fix the problem you are facing.
Please can you answer the following so that we can better assist:
1. Please confirm you are using iFax Pro and not iFax.
2. After you click "Upload PDF" - what exactly are you seeing? Does the app crash? Does it appear to be loading but it never loads? Are you given a popup with the title "Connect & Upload PDF?"
Thanks for your patience and understanding in helping to resolve this issue!

1. I am using iFax Pro that I purchased.
2. After clicking "Upload PDF" the program appears to be loading, but never loads. I am NOT given the popup with the title "Connect & Upload PDF. I am on a iPhone 3GS,
BTW- WHY is the regular version of iFax, MORE in cost ($6.99) than the PRO version for $0.99? Just curious.

Thanks. We are looking into it now. Also, do you have wifi access when attempting to upload a PDF?
iFax Pro has more features, international faxing, no limitations and is pay-per-fax. The basic iFax app costs more up front since it offers free faxing within the USA with some limiations and less professional features.

Seems hard to determine exactly what is causing the problem you are facing. We have not faced this issue with our users and it may be something specific to your setup.
1. Are you by any chance using a jailbroken iPhone?
2. In order to get your IP for Wifi transfer we use a public service called http://www.whatismyip.com - please check to see if you are able to access that site on your Mobile Safari.
I want to also inform you that we will be launching a major update, pending Apple approval, with lots of new ways to integrated documents (PDF, xls, doc, etc) such as download from a URL, import from a Drop (using www.drop.io) and other cool things.
Thanks for your patience and hope that helps!
PS We recently noticed in your iTunes review that our customer service was poor and did not respond within 12 hours. Is that really fair? :( I think we did respond within that time and I also doubt that many major companies can respond as fast as we do. We're really trying our best here to help :)
