Without having to purchase Pro, there should be some mechanism to verify that the sent fax was received successfully.

Thanks for the suggestion.
We do, however, consider fax devivery verification/notification to be a premium feature that is reserved for iFax Pro users. The costs of providing that service are higher and we can only make it work through the pay-per-fax model employed in iFax Pro.
