Your app iFax has never worked for me. What else can I do to help with this. The fax number I tried is my business fax.

It would be helpful if you can supply as much info as possible to help us troubleshoot.
a) What iPhone/iPod hardware.
b) OS version?
c) wifi or 3g?
d) whats area code of the fax number you are trying to reach.
e) Is the app saying fax sent successfully or are you experiencing a problem before you get that far?
f) Is it possible you internet connection has failed whilst trying to send the fax?
g) What content are you sending in the fax.
h) Please try to send the fax now and we will monitor things on the fax server to see if we can pinpoint the problem.

iPhone 3G, OS 3.1 Beta 3, Both WiFi & 3G tested, 703 is the area code, yes it said the fax was sent successfully, Nope internet connection was fine at all times of tests on WiFi, I have tried both pictures and text, TESTING at 4:33pm Eastern time

If the 703 number you just sent a to ended in 9243 then according to the fax server it was sent successfully and there are no problems on our end. If it was not received it could be a problem with that fax machine or service provider. Was it received?
