My version of iTorah does not have vowels in it. A post a while back mentioned that this was completed - should i by a new iPhone? Also how is progress going on adding Rishonim?

This is under progress and will be available in a planned new version of iTorah. We have been working hard fixing other bugs, updating for iOS4 and making improvements before adding new features and more Rishonim. The latest update was just sent to Apple today and is now pending their approval.
And yes buy a new iPhone - the iPhone 4 is great :)
