iTalmud does not work anymore

I paid for iTalmud some time ago and it has worked great until a few days ago. It no longer opens at all and it is not even on iTunes. Is there something wrong with the application and if it is not going to be fixed can people who paid for it get a refund? Thank you for your help, Steven
