Ifax pro doesn't work

I've tried to send 3 faxes and PAID for all of them and it says the number I'm typing in is invalid. I know that to be wrong since it's my own. And now it started saying something about it not being a test account and something about a sandbox. What's going on with this? 4$ for something that doesn't work is not quite fair is it?

Hi Peter, I just saw your message. We don't usually provide weekend support but I certainly want to help you out however possible. Can you please let me know what number you were faxing to. The first 3 and last 3 digits should be enough if you don't want to publicize.) Also let me know exactly how you tried to input the number and when you were told number is invalid. Generally, if a fax does not go through but has been paid for, the fax remains in the History/Drafts pages with a "Paid & Unsent" status. You can click on the fax and resend to a fax number in the same location at no additional cost. We will get this sorted out ASAP! Thanks for your patience.

Hi thanks for the weekend response :) The number i fax'ed to is 45 3****489. At first i tried to input the country code 0045 but it didn't want to accept this. Then I put in just 45 and then the number and it accepted it and confirmed that it is a Danish fax number. I then composed the rest of the fax with attachments and after saying sending for a while it popped up and said something close to "this is not a test user account, create a new account in the sandbox environment". What does this mean?

Hi I have the same trouble than Peter... "this is not a test user account, create a new account in the sandbox environment". What does this mean? The fax number that i used is +33153600039 Thank u
